To say that God has been sustaining me with his grace all month long is truly an understatement. This month was a pretty rough one, spiritually wise. So many emotions, thoughts, and situations burdened my heart to the point where I felt somewhat distant from God. For a relationship to work, both parties need to actively do their part. And I felt like I wasn’t doing my part this month. However, in all of this I learned that when you stop depending on what you can do or contribute you can depend on God’s grace. Below I am sharing the 50 best bible verses I read in July. Because although I didn’t feel at my best or very connected to God this month, I continued to read scripture and these are some of the treasures I found.
